2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the Service:

• Account data: Your name, email address, and Google profile picture — collected via Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Business data you provide: Google Maps URLs or business names you submit to the platform for analysis.
• Usage data: Actions taken in the product (scans run, features used) to improve the Service and detect abuse.
• Waitlist data: If you submitted your email on the landing page, we store it solely to notify you at launch.

We do not collect payment information directly — all billing is handled by third-party providers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate your identity and manage your account
• To run business intelligence analysis on the listings you submit
• To send you product updates, launch notifications, or service emails (you can opt out at any time)
• To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse or violations of our Terms of Use
• To improve the accuracy and performance of our AI models (in aggregate, never linked to individual users)

4. Review Data

Hell & Heaven Echo analyzes customer reviews sourced from publicly available platforms (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Yelp, and others). This data is public by nature and is not linked to your personal account. We do not store raw review text longer than necessary to complete an analysis session.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following limited cases:

• Service providers: Infrastructure, storage (AWS S3), and AI processing providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: When required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — you will be notified before your data is transferred.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analysis results are retained to provide you access to your reports. Waitlist emails are retained until the product launches or until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

7. Cookies and Tracking

The Hell & Heaven Echo application uses session cookies necessary for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral profiling cookies. The landing page (hh-echo.com) does not use tracking cookies beyond basic analytics.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure — we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to report any suspected security issues to hello@hh-echo.com.

10. Children's Privacy

Hell & Heaven Echo is a B2B platform intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the product. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
