Access to the Service requires registration via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Hell & Heaven Echo sources review data from publicly available platforms including Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and Yelp. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. All AI-generated insights are derived from this public data and are provided for informational purposes only.
The Service, including its software, design, AI models, and generated reports, is the exclusive property of Hell & Heaven. You retain ownership of any business data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated insights are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific business decision. Use of the Service and reliance on its output is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hell & Heaven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business decisions made based on platform output.

Hell & Heaven Echo is currently in beta. Features, pricing, availability, and these Terms may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice.
